Description

The Topeak Roadie DAX Dual Action Mini Pump is the longest and slimmest in the DA pump series. It can quickly inflate high - pressure road tires. With Dual - Action (DA) technology, it doubles the volume with each stroke and can inflate tires up to 120 psi / 8 bar. The integrated dust cap keeps the pump head clean, and the thumb lock lever ensures an air - tight seal. The Dual - Action Technology delivers air on both the push and pull strokes, making tire inflation twice as fast. It also comes with a side mount bracket for easy installation. The pump head is Presta with an integrated dust cap, the barrel and thumb lock are made of aluminum, and the handle is plastic. It has a capacity of 120 psi / 8 bar, a volume per stroke of 67 cc (pull + push). The size is 25.8 x 3.2 x 2.8 cm / 10.2” x 1.3” x 1.1” and it weighs 118 g / 4.16 oz.

Using this Topeak Roadie DAX Dual Action Mini Pump is a breeze. First, open the dust cap on the pump head. Then, attach the pump head to your tire valve. For Presta valves, you'll need to unscrew the small valve cap first. Once attached, lock it in place using the thumb lock lever to ensure an air - tight seal. Start pumping. Remember, this pump works on both the push and pull strokes, so keep a steady rhythm. When you reach the desired pressure (up to 120 psi / 8 bar), stop pumping and remove the pump from the valve. Close the dust cap on the pump head to keep it clean. As for maintenance, keep the pump dry and clean. If it gets dirty, you can wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the plastic handle or the aluminum parts. And that's all you need to know to keep your pump in top shape and your tires properly inflated.
