Using the Face Fender is a breeze. First, break off the hanger tab and remove the Velcro roll. Wrap it around a fork lower, overlap by an inch, cut it, and repeat to get two equal lengths. Do the same for the fork bridge. Thread the long Velcro lengths through the 'arm' holes of the fender (fluffy side towards the fork) and the short ones through the bridge holes. Position the fender under the fork bridge, secure the top Velcro straps around the bridge, and pull it up high. Then tighten the fasteners around the fork lowers. Fold down the front lip so it clears the tyre by 5 - 10mm. Check tyre clearance. As for maintenance, since it's flexible and can open flat, just spray it and wipe it clean.
