Using your new Face Fender is a breeze. First, break off the hanger tab and take out the Velcro roll. Wrap it around a fork lower so it overlaps by about an inch, then cut it. Do this again to get two equal lengths. Repeat the process for the fork bridge. You'll end up with two long lengths for the lowers and two short lengths for the bridge. Thread the long Velcro through the 'arm' holes of the fender (fluffy side towards the fork) and the short ones through the bridge holes. Position the fender under the fork bridge and secure the top two Velcro straps around the bridge, pulling the fender up as high as you can. Then tighten the fasteners around the fork lowers. Fold down the front lip so it's 5 - 10mm away from the tyre. Make sure the fender is squared up and there's enough tyre clearance. When it comes to maintenance, since it's flexible and opens flat, just spray it and wipe it clean. Remember, this fender is made to last, but if it ever reaches the end of its life, it can be fully recycled. And always check the fit before you head out on a ride to ensure it doesn't move or rattle.
